DEN Mission 2: What's the Story?

For the 2nd mission, we start to make the transition from Planet Earth to Space.  You and your students will create a movie using Photo Story 3 (or Movie Maker/iMovie) and images from Discovery Education Science Connection.  We have a webinar scheduled on May 3 (1 pm est) to help get you started, but you and your students are welcome to start production asap.

Your movie must be no more than 3 minutes, include at least 5 images from Discovery Education Science Connection and focus on one of the following questions:

  • What can we do to protect our planet?
  • If an alien from another planet landed on earth, what would he/she/it think?
  • What will space travel look like in the year 2030?

Note: If you use images of students, please send photo release forms to DEN Virtual Project Release Forms 1560 Sherman Ave, Suite 100 Evanston, IL 60201.
